My name is Marcus Carter and I am the founder of americanfood2uk.com. My passion for all things American including the culture, the food and the people began when I became hooked on buffalo wings whilst setting up the US arm of the family business in 2006. Add to this my having been ‘shipped out’ to family in Australia as a young man and missing my favourite sandwich filling of Marmite. Although that was a long time ago I still remember the feeling and thinking how do I get hold of some now I’m thousands of miles away……..so I want to help you get a little taste of home now that you are across this side of the pond.
