Payment Options:
Online payments - we accept payment securely through Google Checkout - just add your chosen items to your basket and when you checkout, use Google Checkout to pay.

Credit Card via phone - if you prefer us to debit your card directly, choose this option from the checkout page and we will phone you to arrange payment.

Cheque - if you want to post a cheque to us, choose this option from the checkout page and then we'll provide the details for you to send the cheque.

Cash - for those in our personal delivery area, we are happy to accept cash on delivery. Again, just select this option when in the checkout area.

Delivery:
We will take all reasonable steps to ensure delivery is within 7 days of receipt of order. Overseas deliveries will be charged at cost. Please contact us before placing the order to check the availability and cost of international deliveries. Deliveries are charged at £5.50 per order within the mainland UK, with an exception of the Highlands, where we incur a supplementary delivery fee of £15 on top of the fee. If you are able to collect your order from the Kings Road Farmers' Market on Saturday monring, then we can arrange this for free.

Prices:
americanfood2uk.com retains the right at any time to revise prices to take account of any increases in costs including the increase or imposition of any tax, duty or other levy and any variation in exchange rates. We will take all reasonable steps to inform you of any relevant revision of prices at the time of confirmation of your order. Unless otherwise stated the price quoted will include VAT.

Payment:
Payment in full must be made before any orders are dispatched. We accept cheques (made payable to: Carter Food House) or by credit card. (Visa or Mastercard, debit card). All items are subject to availability and americanfood2uk.com reserves the right to substitute items which are unavailable with items of equal or greater value (this will only be done with notifying the consumer first)

Returns:
For returns of faulty goods, please follow instructions. We will endeavour to replace or refund the price of faulty goods provided within 30 days of receipt of goods:

You notify us that the goods are faulty and indicate whether the goods are to be replaced or refunded You return the goods, Returning the goods will be discuses as and when needed.

Legal Liability:
americanfood2uk.com's liability to you whether for breach of contract, negligence, misrepresentation or otherwise shall in no circumstance exceed the price charged to you for the defective, damaged or undelivered goods which give rise to such liability.
